Questions
How do I clean without enlarging the orifice?
Use the smallest wire that slides in freely, draw it through once or twice, never ream or twist hard. Full method in /learn/how-to-clean-a-clogged-torch-nozzle/.
Will this fix a yellow flame on my EN417 nozzle?
If the orifice is simply carboned up, yes. If cleaning does not restore a clean cone, the nozzle is worn — replace it (fs-en417-fine, fs-en417-soldering).
