WHO WE ARE

TorvPro is the export brand of Changzhou Zekang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (常州泽康智能科技有限公司), based in Changzhou, China and established in 2005. We make torch parts and machine components on our own line, and we buy and fit-match the branded spares our customers ask for - so the same team that answers a fitment question also controls the tooling behind it.

MADE HERE, SOURCED HERE

Two kinds of part, two different promises. The EN417 cartridge torch heads we sell are made on our own production line in Changzhou. The burner and nozzle spares that fit Rothenberger, Sievert and Bullfinch torches are sourced and fit-matched by our purchasing team. Each product page states which is which, because "manufacturer" should mean something specific when you are qualifying a supplier before a first order.

The warehouse behind TorvPro despatches more than 3,000 orders on a typical working day across the full range we handle - machine components and torch spares together. That volume is why a fitment question gets answered from what is actually on the shelf rather than from a catalogue guess.

WHY WE EXIST

Most spare-parts listings tell you a part number, not whether it fits your torch. Torch brands use their own nozzle seats and size numbering, so a part that looks identical can fit one blowtorch and not the next. We built the catalogue the other way round: start with your torch, end with the right part.

HOW WE WORK

Orders ship from our warehouse at No. 1-48 Longshan Road, Jintan District, Changzhou, China. We work on whichever Incoterm suits your side of the deal - EXW, FOB or DDP to your door - take payment by T/T, and keep MOQ negotiable per item rather than imposing a blanket minimum. WHAT WE SUPPLY

• →EN417 cartridge torch head - the 1300°C head with piezo ignition and a built-in air-mix fan, sold three ways: on its own, with a test pack of brazing rods, or with a service kit of spare seals and a repair screwdriver.
• →Aluminium and copper brazing rods - sample packs to prove the flame, bulk cartons once you know the alloy. Tell us the metals you join and we confirm the rod.
• →Branded blowtorch spares, matched on request - send us your Rothenberger Superfire 2 / Quickfire / Roxy, Sievert or Bullfinch model and we match the replacement burner (third-party spares, not affiliated).
• →Oxy-fuel nozzle sizes, matched on request - British No. series brazing and welding nozzles, identified from the stamp on your old part.
• →Tip cleaner sets, matched on request while we confirm stock.

The launch range is deliberately small: one cartridge torch head, sold three ways, plus the rods. Everything else is matched to order and priced in your quote.

We sell nozzles, spares and air torches - never gas cylinders. Cylinders and cartridges can't be posted across borders economically, so our parts run on the standard EN417 butane cartridges you already buy locally, or on your own oxy-fuel set. Every order stays simple to ship, anywhere.

Every product page carries its spec table - what the part is made of, what it runs on, and which cartridges it fits. Where we do not hold a figure yet, the page says so rather than printing a guess. Branded-compat pages carry a third-party spare disclaimer, and if your model isn't listed we'll match it for free - send it over.

SHIPPING AND COMPLIANCE

We ship worldwide from Changzhou and confirm dispatch on each order - the lead time is stated on your quote rather than promised as a fixed window. Nothing we sell carries gas, so no part of your order is restricted in the post.

TESTED, AND HOW TO CHECK IT

The gas welder heads we manufacture have been tested to EN 13611:2019/AC:2021 against GAR (EU) 2016/426. Test report CTG2601200434K-SR04AS, carried out by Shenzhen CTG Testing Co., Ltd (test dates 9-20 January 2026): all applicable clauses passed. ICR Co., Ltd subsequently issued a Verification of Conformity (No. ICR/VC/HM2601225), valid to 22 January 2031.

Being precise about what that means matters, so here it is: CE marking under GAR is a self-declaration by the manufacturer, and a voluntary verification is not an EC-type examination by a Notified Body. If your import route needs a Notified Body certificate, tell us at inquiry stage and we will say plainly whether we hold one for the model you want, rather than implying it.

Brass contains lead, so RoHS and REACH matter. We hold the compliance documentation for this range - RoHS and REACH declarations, product test reports and factory audit paperwork - and send the relevant documents with your quotation or on request. We do not publish the full scans here: they carry supplier registration details that belong in a business conversation, not on a public page. Local gas-appliance rules (EU GAR / UKCA) are flagged on product pages - check them before fitting.

What we sell are replacement heads, nozzles and burners: spare parts for appliances, not appliances themselves. They are fitment-matched to the torches and cartridges they serve. Where a product carries a certification we state it on the product page; where it is not yet documented, your quote is where we confirm it rather than printing it here.
