DISPATCH

Dispatch is confirmed on your quote. We quote the lead time with every order rather than promise a fixed window - approve the quote and we give you the dispatch date in writing.

NO GAS CYLINDERS

We never ship gas cylinders or cartridges - you buy standard EN417 butane cartridges locally. Nozzles and air torches carry no gas shipping restrictions, so every order ships worldwide.

DELIVERY TIMES

Transit depends on destination and carrier, and is confirmed in your quote. We ship worldwide - ask for the typical delivery time to your country and we will state it plainly before you commit.

RETURNS

If a part we send is not the part we agreed, tell us within 14 days of receipt with the order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund you. Fit-matched and made-to-order parts cannot be returned for change of mind. The exact terms are stated on your quotation - see Terms, section 6.

SHIPPING COST

Shown on your inquiry confirmation. Lead-gen phase: costs are quoted, not charged at checkout.
